Since 2008, Horizon Legacy has developed, owned, and operated award-winning renewable energy projects in solar, wind, and hydro power.

Student Housing

In 2007, Horizon Legacy built Toronto's first privately owned student residence building in the downtown core.

The building was sold in late 2021, creating space in our portfolio for Horizon Legacy's mission, to automate construction.
